It is designed for people who are committed to solving conflict throughout their workplaces, organizations, and community. The training is designed with energizing activities to learn and practice conflict resolution tools, including conflict theory, mediation stages, empathic listening, facilitating negotiations, cross-cultural conflict management and more! This training meets the Basic Mediation Curriculum Standard as established by the Administrative Rules for Community Dispute Resolution programs.

Two Ways to Participate

Become an RNW Volunteer: RNW's volunteer program is a year-long community service and mentor program. Our volunteer mediators work directly with people in disputes; easing tensions, establishing trust, helping the parties find solutions. With professional training and ongoing staff mentoring and support, volunteers gain the skills and confidence to mediate the most challenging and complex cases.

Professional Development: We have limited space for paid participants who are committed to solving conflict throughout their workplaces, organizations and community.
