Why I joined the RNW Board: I am a passionate supporter of the Resolutions Northwest commitment to strengthening personal and community responsibility through constructive conflict resolution and education. I enjoy the mediation process and am driven by a strong desire to help others recognize the value of peaceful and participatory conflict resolution processes that empower individuals to help themselves.
My current career: I am a resourceful and dedicated professional with an extenstive background in marketing strategy, planning, and information-based analytics. I am proficient at conducting financial and marketing analyses to define potential markets and profitable growth opportunities, products, and services. I am experienced at reconfiguring data to reveal trends, raise issues, identify opportunities, or offer solutions. I ensure that performance standards are realistically set and attained and I am skilled at collaborating with others to develop innovative solutions to complex situations based on the implementation of recommendations suggested by analysis reports.
