Racism & Mediation: It’s Not Personal. It’s Business. Or is it?
THIS TRAINING HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO A YET DETERMINED LATER DATE - STAY TUNED!
Have you ever heard a racist comment during case development? What about during a mediation session?
What did you do? Could you have done something different? Would you have done something different if you weren’t in a mediator role?
This interactive workshop will explore what the mediator’s role is, or isn’t, when it comes to addressing racism in mediation. Expect to stretch; expect to learn; expect to gain new insights.
