Our Mission:

Resolutions Northwest is committed to strengthening personal and community responsibility by providing constructive conflict resolution services and education.

Program Goals:

1. Provide cost-effective and high quality mediation services.
   
2. Offer the highest level of mediation and conflict resolution training to volunteers, clients, and the public.
   
3. Educate the public about conflict resolution, restorative justice, and the success and efficiency of mediation through regular outreach to diverse service clubs, community groups, churches, schools, and other civic groups.

To promote our mission and meet our goals, Resolutions Northwest is committed to reaching out to all members of Portland’s diverse community in our volunteer and staff recruitment and in our service provision.  We are committed to developing new and nurturing existing collaborative relationships with traditionally under-represented and underserved communities while continuing to support and advance community conflict resolution strategies and leadership in Portland.
