What I do at Resolutions Northwest: I do mediation and facilitation for groups. It includes anything from guiding a collaborative decision-making process to mediating an organizational conflict. I also get to work with a fabulous and inspiring bunch of volunteers.

Favorite spot in Portland to relax: Kennedy School--with beer, pizza and a movie.

What famous person (living or dead) do you most identify with and why: I don't identify with him, but I appreciate Morihei Ueshiba, the founder of the martial art of Aikido. I really enjoy how my Aikido practice influences my conflict resolution work and vice versa.

Live in: NE Portland

Grew up in Portland with 2 siblings

Fall, winter, spring or summer and why? Summer! Bright blue skies, dry roads for my bicycle, wading up Oneonta Gorge, outdoor cafes. And yes, I know that is only sometimes the reality for Portland summers!

Jitterbug, disco, salsa or funky chicken and why Lindy hop (not jitterbug so much) or salsa--I like partner dancing.
