It’s Not Personal. It’s Business. Or is it?

Have you ever heard a racist comment during case development? What about during a mediation session? Or, have you ever suspected that race and culture were playing a role in the mediation…but the parties never seemed to bring it up?

This interactive workshop will explore what the mediator’s role is, or isn’t, when it comes to addressing racism in mediation. Expect to stretch; expect to learn; expect to gain new insights.

Prerequisite: Training or experience as a mediator.
