Restorative justice is not a singular program or process, rather a philosophy and practice based on a core set of principles that emphasizes healing over punishment, inclusion over exclusion, and individual accountability coupled with a high level of community support.

This one day introduction is designed to introduce the concepts and practice of school-based restorative justice to schools, school-connected providers, and the broader school community.
