This workshop/playshop is for: Individuals, Couples, Parents, Mediators, Counselors, Educators, HR, Customer Service, Activists, NVC'ers, and all of us.
In this workshop, you will:
- Learn a powerful 5-Step Process with 10 Core Skills.
- Receive step by step guidance and support from coaches in small group practice sessions.
- Leave with a framework for getting to the "heart of conflict” quickly - and compassionately reaching resolution.
How does this differ from other conflict resolution/mediation approaches?
- Focus on the quality of connection between the parties, with the outcome emerging from that.
- Cultivates aliveness, with present moment emphasis, versus past or future.
- Encourages parties to resolve issues from a flow of compassion, vs. compromise or "shoulds."
- Easy to integrate with existing mediation/counseling/coaching practices.
