This workshop/playshop is for: Individuals, Couples, Parents, Mediators, Counselors, Educators, HR, Customer Service, Activists, NVC'ers, and all of us.

In this workshop, you will:

• Learn a powerful 5-Step Process with 10 Core Skills.
• Receive step by step guidance and support from coaches in small group practice sessions.
• Leave with a framework for getting to the "heart of conflict” quickly - and compassionately reaching resolution.

How does this differ from other conflict resolution/mediation approaches?

• Focus on the quality of connection between the parties, with the outcome emerging from that.
• Cultivates aliveness, with present moment emphasis, versus past or future.
• Encourages parties to resolve issues from a flow of compassion, vs. compromise or "shoulds."
• Easy to integrate with existing mediation/counseling/coaching practices.

Training dates:

Pre-Req "The Power of Empathy" offered two times:
    Wednesday, March 21st, 6pm - 9pm
    Thursday, April 19th, 6pm - 9pm

Core Training: Saturday and Sunday, April 21st and 22nd: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm

Training fee is a sliding scale of $170 to $350 (includes Power of Empathy).
